Molo Songololo’s financial policies and management is implemented according to recognised legal financial accounting and auditing. A registered independent auditing company, Barishman Cloete & Associates Inc, conducts an annual audit of the income and expenditure of the organization, or as agreed with individual funders.

Molo Songololo is an Association Incorporated under Section 21 of the South African Company’s Act and is registered under the Non-Profit Organisation Act with the Department of Social Development, NPO No: 083 447.
Molo Songololo is also exempt from paying Value Added Tax (VAT) with the South African Revenue Services, VAT NO: 9450182404
Annual General Meeting
Held once a year where the Chairperson’s Report, Organisational Report, Treasurers Report and Annual Financial Statements are presented and discussed followed by the election of new board members and office bearers, and setting of board meetings for the coming year.
